Essence-Oriented Stress Release Begins June 24th! (Durango)

In today’s busy world, news, politics, and stressful interactions can leave us feeling overwhelmed as we navigate our life. Join Maureen for this in-person 4 week mindfulness course where we will discuss the causes of stress and engage in practices that settle our mind & body, release stress and tension, and come to rest in the stillness of our Essence - our deeper nature. These practices not only resource us, they help us meet the world with greater ease and wisdom. PLEASE NOTE: Class will not meet on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
