Class: February 20 – March 19
In this five-week class, learn easy mindfullness techniques that calm your mind and body and deepen your connection with your true nature – the calm foundation that lies beyond the stressful mind. When we learn to rest in our true nature, we’re no longer overwhelmed by stressors in life. We see the world much more clearly and compassionately, allowing for a more balanced life. With true nature, we respond, rather than react to the world around us.
So, come join us! Through mindfulness practices and exercises, you’ll learn to establish soothing practices and effectively decrease stress and anxiety.
This class is open to all levels – those new to mindfullness, as well as those who have a mindfullness practice.
There are some $50 scholarships available.
