In this five-week ONLINE class, learn easy mindfulness techniques to free yourself from the stressors that bring anxiety, distress, and unhealthy living. Together, we will discover the root causes of these patterns, and employ mindful practices that release these root formations – freeing ourselves to open to the peace and freedom of our True Nature! When we are no longer bound by our painful fixations, we are free to answer the call of our life, and to share ourselves joyfully and with ease!
This class is offered for those who have taken the Discover Your True Nature class, or with the permission of the instructor.
Given the nature of this work, and the limits of Social Distancing and Zoom, this class will be limited to 24 participants.
