Unresolved, these formations continue to reactivate, causing stress and diminishing one's personal and social agency.

Essence-Oriented™ Therapeutics (EOT) is an innovative, trauma-informed modality that works at the level where stress originates - in our neurological system. Using mindfulness and somatic practices, we empower practitioners to identify and release stored stress patterns, bringing profound client stabilization and clear decision-making that greatly enhances personal and social agency.
