1. General Use

All content, materials, and services on this site—including courses, retreats, workshops, coaching, and written or audio materials—are owned and operated by True Success For All. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without prior written consent.

Our services are designed for personal and professional development. Participation does not establish a therapeutic or medical relationship unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register, purchase, or participate in our programs. By using this site, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a written payment plan.

Payment Plans: By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until the balance is paid in full.
Late Payments: Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to programs or services.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

For private coaching or consultation sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be charged in full. Event and retreat cancellation policies are outlined on each event registration page.

5. No Medical or Psychological Claims

While our founders are licensed clinicians, all True Success For All programs, trainings, and materials are for educational and personal development purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing significant distress, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials—including the True Success Framework and Essence-Oriented Therapeutics™—are proprietary. You may not reproduce, teach, or distribute these materials without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Success For All, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or participation in our programs.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected through this site will be used solely for communication, service delivery, and account management in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
