The Leadership Group meets monthly for one 2-hour session via Zoom to enhance personal knowledge and effectiveness. Each participant will also receive an individualized monthly session with a member of our team to release internal constraints that limit leadership capacity, decision quality, and relational effectiveness.

- Learn “How to Proceed” during challenging encounters

- Decode systemic breakdowns quickly to get to the root

- Map strengths and weaknesses to position team members for success

- Advocate for resources skillfully to fill holes in your system
